Anya Taylor-Joy was born as the youngest of six children to a multicultural family. Her father is Scottish but was born in South America, while her mother is Spanish-English and was born in Zambia to an English diplomat father and a Spanish mother from Barcelona. Taylor-Joy spent part of her childhood in Argentina until she moved to London at the age of six.
